PanicFree offers digital educational products, including downloadable guides, worksheets, and related materials focused on cognitive behavioral techniques for managing anxiety and panic ("Products").

All Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased Products via email. Products are provided in PDF format and are compatible with standard PDF readers.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Our Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Products will meet your specific requirements, that results will be achieved, or that the Products will be error-free.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PanicFree and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Products and services, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PanicFreeregarding your use of our services and purchase of our Products, superseding any prior agreements.
